How a Project Runs at HHGC
No mystery, no runaround. Here's the path from your first email to finished garments, and what we'll need from you at each step.
Tell us about your project
Fill out the quote request with your product category, knit or woven, style count, estimated units, and target date. Ten minutes of detail from you saves weeks of back-and-forth.
Fit assessment: a straight answer
We review whether your project fits our equipment, capacity, and calendar. If it's not a fit, we say so quickly and point you somewhere useful. If it is, we move to specifics.
Project review: pattern, tech pack, and fabric
We go through your tech pack, pattern, or reference sample and your fabric plan. This is where construction issues get caught. Stitch types, seam strength, dye compatibility, and trim availability all get settled before they cost you money.
Sampling
We sew a production sample so you can approve fit, construction, and finish on a real garment made on our actual equipment. Revisions happen here, where they're cheap.
Quote and production planning
You get clear pricing and a realistic schedule tied to fabric arrival and our production calendar. Small-batch runs are welcome. They are our specialty.
Production, one piece at a time
Your run moves through our one-piece-flow line: cutting, sewing, and in-line inspection by trained sewists, with each garment handled individually. You're welcome to visit the floor and watch your product being made.
Finishing, packing, and delivery
Garment dyeing if your program calls for it, then labeling, final inspection, folding, and packing to your spec. Goods ship from Buchtel, or you pick up and shake the hands that made them.
