- Grown in Virginia. Cotton raised by American family farms, including naturally seeded cotton from partners like Bosselman Farms.
- Spun & knitted in North Carolina. Yarn and jersey fabric produced in Carolina mills that have been making textiles for generations.
- Sewn in Buchtel, Ohio. Cut, sewn, inspected, and finished on our floor.

Construction details we sweat
- Stitch selection matched to the seam: coverstitch hems, overlock seams, reinforcement where garments actually fail.
- Stitch length appropriate to the strength of the garment, our founder's standing rule. No corner-cutting to shave seconds.
- One-piece-flow inspection: every tee is handled individually, so a skipped stitch is caught on the line, not by your customer.
- Finishing: labeling, folding, and packing to retail spec, with garment dyeing available for that rich, broken-in color.
